1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Purrsie website, app and related services operated by NEXALIFY LIMITED, RM D07 8/F KAI TAK FTY BLDG NO.99 KING FUK ST, SAN PO KONG, HONG KONG. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Purrsie. Provide accurate account information and keep your account and sign-in methods secure. Do not share authentication codes or use someone else's account without authorization.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Features may depend on the platform, app version, available providers or stage of release. A “Coming soon” label is not a promise of a particular launch date.
3. AI characters and generated content
Purrsie offers conversations with fictional AI characters for entertainment, companionship-style conversation and creative storytelling. Characters are not real people. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for different users.
Do not rely on a character for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, or emergency assistance. You remain responsible for how you use generated content and for decisions you make outside the app.
Conversation modes, personas, memory settings and selected history influence replies but do not guarantee a particular result, perfect recall or continuous availability. Illustrations and sample conversations on this website are examples, not guaranteed responses.
4. Your content and service materials
You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including any images and information about other people.
You grant us the permission necessary to host, store, process, transmit and display your submissions to operate and maintain the service, including sharing relevant context with service providers to generate replies. This permission is limited by the purposes and handling described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Our branding, app design and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Subject to these terms, you may use the app for your personal use. These terms do not give you ownership of our brand or third-party materials. Any rights you may have in AI output remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights; we do not guarantee exclusivity or intellectual-property protection for output.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Purrsie to:
- Create or distribute unlawful material, exploit or sexually depict minors, or facilitate trafficking or abuse.
- Threaten, harass, defraud or impersonate people, or expose their private information without authorization.
- Infringe intellectual-property or other rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or billing controls, interfere with the service, or distribute malware.
- Automate abusive requests, extract accounts or private content, or resell access without permission.
- Present fictional AI output as a real person's communication in order to deceive others.
We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users or maintain the service.
6. Diamonds and App Store purchases
Purrsie uses virtual diamonds for supported features. Diamond costs, balances and available purchase options are shown in the app. Costs can depend on the feature, chat mode and selected conversation context. Review the applicable price or estimate before using a paid feature; an estimate is not a guarantee of a different final charge shown by the service.
Diamonds are a limited right to use eligible in-app features. They are not currency, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside supported app features. Promotional diamonds may be offered under the conditions shown with the offer.
Apple handles purchases made through the App Store. Purchases and refund requests are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and processes and any mandatory consumer rights. We verify transactions before crediting diamonds and may adjust balances to reflect refunds, reversals or verified errors.
Deleting your account prevents access to remaining diamonds and does not automatically obtain a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. This page does not offer purchases or promise any particular price or free-credit offer.
7. Ending use and account deletion
You may stop using Purrsie at any time. You can use the app's account deletion control to disable your account and revoke login sessions. This removes your ability to access the account, chats and remaining diamonds. It does not automatically erase the associated records retained on our servers.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security or abuse concerns, applicable legal requirements, or if we discontinue the service. Where appropriate and feasible, we will provide notice. Provisions that reasonably need to continue, such as accrued obligations and applicable limitations, survive termination.
8. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on hosting, AI, authentication and app-store providers. Interruptions, model changes, maintenance and errors may affect availability or results. We may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable obligations and any required notice.
Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our service but do not control independent third-party services. The website's sample conversations do not establish a live connection to an AI model.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Purrsie is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate AI output, or fitness for a specific purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections or remedies.
10. Updates, concerns and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the revised version with an updated date. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate or required. If you do not agree with the updated terms, stop using the service.
If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising rights or using remedies available under applicable law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
